when we were younger our dad used to get us proper old school sugar canes(ganna) so that we could rip them up with our teeth and chew the living day light out of them. we do get the cut and peeled sugar cane too its called gandairi but the fun of eating the gannas was such much more fun and messier. that was when we were younger so now after years of not having gannas or gandairirs my mom got some gandairis from the market......well excitedly i bit into it and realized that my teeth arent as strong as they used to be. and my mouth couldnt take all the excercise chewing it demanded.......but just like old times.........the things we do when we are kids are so much better and much more magnified than now....i think i am getting old i need to live a lil :)
