no wonder

there is no wonder why private banks are better than government banks. i swear the people working in the govt banks dont have the slightest ettiquettes and manners to talk and behave infront of women. so today i was at the bank to pay the bills and the usual women who dealt with me wasnt there but a man with sweat covered and grease stained shirt sat there with a cigarette in his hand. i said, "i want to pay the bill" he replied still smoking and doing his work, "check or cash" ......well i wouldnt be standing infront of the check counter if i had wanted to pay cash i thought. check i said. "sit" he replied and continued to smoke. well first he was just smoking but then he started blowing the smoke in my face. i coughed discreetly covering my mouth with the back of my hand. i am allergic to cigarette smoke. but he took no hint and continued with his work making me wait. i think that smoking like this during banking hours should not be allowed. i know its not condoned in private banks but thats why govt banks are going down the hill because they allow such rudeness. i think its common courtesy and manners not to smoke while you are talking to someone, unless and untill you have asked the other person for permission to smoke. so i again coughed and this time he looked up and took my check stamped it all the while waving the cigarette in my face. then he is like, "ok take your receit now" and then he continued with his work......i wanted to punch him i swear, but we have to deal with these people. i wonder who gave him the job in the bank. i wanted to complain but then i let it go. i dont like to dreate trouble but what if someone is asking for it.
