help needed!!

so since when was being a T.A (teachers assistant) become more praise worthy than being a teacher herself. i think it has something to do with the concept that anyone can be a teacher but a T.A only the intelligent ones get to be that . see when i say oh i am a teacher its like yea that good but when i say i was just also offered TA ship in college for the educational management module its like oh my God!! thats great mashallah. when what how where ????????? questions questions questions which makes me think ehm are my priorities set right. even if i tell them it is unpaid the response is still but u will be a TA!!! ok ok so importent things first, i am starting on my thesis finally and i need anyones help who is willing to lend a hand. so my thesis topic is "Using audiovisual aids (avas) to initiate creativity in the learning of English language at the secondary level" and i am starting with the literature review. my review division will be something like: 1. when did avas' use start? 2. what are other research saying about their use? 3. my own point of view (which u all are welcom to add to) 4. importance of avas. 5. what kind of avas are recommended? and finally finding a base model ..............ok so all i need is sites and links which might help me and please i would love ur opinions. anyone who has book names for this and all that would be helpful too. i am banking on you people, cough up the material i need to read for this .
