bread!!

any good receipes for making bread???? when i was in jordan khala took us to this bread shop with breads of all shapes, sizes and types. i wish i could work in a bread place , u know so that i know how they are made. i also wanna train as a chef but as the first tip for all the wannabe chefs out there is : Work as a dishwasher for six months first, sorry no can do. i love to cook but washing dishes is not my cup of tea. i also wanna know how the donuts at dunkindonuts are made coz mine turn out to me either like chewy gum or pieces of bricks. but the smell of freshly baked bread, nothing can beat that apart from........yeah some other million things but bread has its own unique maza.
